At Secure Gold & Diamonds, we recognize that preferences may change. To ensure a convenient and transparent process, we offer an exchange facility under the following terms and conditions.

Exchange Within 14 Days of Purchase

Customers may exchange Gold Jewellery, Diamond Jewellery, and Precious Gem Jewellery purchased from www.securegold.com by returning the product to the registered address listed on the official website of Secure Gold & Diamonds.

Conditions for Exchange Within 14 Days

• Jewellery can be exchanged at full value, provided it is unused and in original condition.
• The product must be returned with the original invoice and all certificates/documents.
• A quality inspection by our Quality Department or a certified laboratory (if required) will be conducted, which may take up to 4 working days.
• Partial exchange of ornaments is not permitted.
• This exchange policy applies only to purchases made via www.securegold.com and not through other online marketplaces.
• Exchange without deduction of making charges is available only for unused Gold/Diamond jewellery within 14 days of delivery.
• The company reserves the right to evaluate the product before confirming the exchange value.
• The exchange value will be adjusted against the new product selected. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
• Promotional items and products sold under special offers are not eligible.
• Custom-made/altered products, Smart Buy (Make-to-Order), Rakhi, Gold & Silver coins/bars, and Silver articles are excluded from the 14-day exchange policy. For such items, only the “Exchange after 14 days” or Buyback policy will apply.
• Any complimentary gifts or vouchers issued at purchase must be returned, or their value will be deducted.
• Applicable taxes, duties, and fees must be borne by the customer.
• Only one exchange per invoice is permitted.

Exchange After 14 Days of Purchase

For exchange requests made after 14 days from the original purchase date, the exchange value will be calculated based on the prevailing rates on the official website or at the respective store on the date of exchange.

Exchange Value Structure

• Gold Jewellery: 100% of the benchmark gold rate.
• Diamond Jewellery: 100% of the benchmark gold rate + 100% of the prevailing diamond carat rate (after discount deduction at purchase).
• Era/Uncut Jewellery: 100% of benchmark gold rate + 100% of the invoice value of uncut diamonds (after discount deduction).
• Precious Stone Jewellery (Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire): 100% of benchmark gold rate + 75% of invoice value of precious stones (after discount deduction).
• Solitaire Loose Diamonds: 100% of the prevailing diamond carat rate (after discount deduction).
• Solitaire Diamond Studded Jewellery: 100% of benchmark gold rate + 100% of prevailing diamond carat rate (after discount deduction).
• Platinum Jewellery: 100% of benchmark platinum rate + 100% of diamond value.
• Gold Coins: 100% of benchmark gold rate.

Additional Terms

• Original invoice and diamond certificate are mandatory.
• Making charges, taxes, and the weight/value of synthetic or semi-precious stones (including beads, pearls, zircon, etc.) will be fully deducted.
• Exchange of ornaments into Gold/Silver coins, bars, or silver articles is not allowed.
• For Era jewellery containing precious stones such as ruby, emerald, or blue sapphire, these stones will be valued as per the Precia policy (75% for exchange, 70% for cash buyback).
• No buyback is available for pearls and synthetic stones.
• All exchanges are subject to quality verification (up to 4 working days).
• The company reserves the right to assess the product before confirming the exchange value.
• Any difference in price between the exchanged item and the new purchase must be paid by the customer.
• All applicable taxes, duties, and statutory charges must be borne by the customer.

Discretion of Rights

The company reserves the right to approve or decline exchanges or buybacks at its discretion and may amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Calicut.
